Ready To Work Together!

Myself and my partners have built a vast network over the past 25 years.  For selected companies and entrepreneurs we leverage this to add mutual value for all parties.  This work includes but is not limited to business development, matchmaking, strategic deals, hires and more. 

The teaming agreement is based on a success fee arrangement for any of this work and requires a plan with some coaching on the accountability, viability and problem solving.  

I serve on advisory boards and provide advisory work with a variety of companies that meet the minimum requirements.  The advisory boards I serve on compensate through a combination of equity and a monthly retainer.  

Regarding, the minimal consulting work I do.  This is done on a case-by-case basis in a much more of an execution style model (i.e, Fractional CXO).  The company needs to meet minimum revenues, funding and/or company phase. 

I have an evaluation process for potential Joint Ventures including not limited to corporate venture creation, new market expansion, etc.  These are done on a case by case basis.  

For Mergers & Acquisition deals we use a creative process that is a win-win for all parties.  We do not look at deals where there is limited industry experience and most of our deals are exponential in value and cash flow positive.  We specialize in growth models and work on a split/share model.  

I work in Venture Studio and Venture Capital models via partnerships as a Venture Partner and an EIR in some instances.  The work can be done across the portfolio of companies to add value to the Founders.  

In addition, I have many ideas that we will build a business case on and work with the Venture Studio to build up and validate while finding co-founders to assist in growing the business.
